Digital rotating viscometer has high sensitivity and reliable test results, use convenient, beautiful generous, the characteristics of Newtonian fluid is used to measure the absolute viscosity and apparent viscosity, non-newtonian fluid can be widely used in petroleum, paints, plastics, medicine, jewelry, coatings, detergent and other objects viscosity measurement.
Working principle:
This instrument is a digital viscometer, and the rotor is driven to rotate at a constant speed by an imported Japanese synchronous motor through a variable speed. When the rotor rotates in the liquid, the liquid will produce a viscosity moment acting on the rotor, and the viscous moment is larger; on the contrary, the viscosity of the liquid is smaller, the viscous moment is also smaller. The viscous torque acting on the rotor is detected by the sensor and processed by the computer to obtain the viscosity of the measured liquid. This instrument adopts microcomputer technology, which can easily set the range (rotor number and speed), digitally process the data detected by the sensor, and clearly display the rotor number, speed and measured value set during measurement on the display screen. The viscosity value of the liquid and its percentage value of full scale, etc.
MAYZUM MZ-NDJ-5S is equipped with 4 rotors (No. 1, 2, 3, 4) and 4 speeds (6, 12, 30, 60 rpm), which constitute 16 combinations; MAYZUM MZ-NDJ-8S is equipped with 4 rotors (No. 1, 2, 3, 4) and 8 speeds (0.3, 0.6, 1.5, 3, 6, 12, 30, 60 rpm), which constitute 32 combinations, The viscosity of various liquids within the measurement range can be measured.

5.The larger the viscosity torque is, and conversely, the smaller the liquid viscosity is, the smaller the viscosity torque is.The viscous torque acting on the rotor is measured by the sensor, and the measured viscosity of the liquid is obtained by computer processing.
