Working principle
U-shaped tuning forks produce different vibration frequencies in liquid media with different specific gravity concentrations. The vibration frequency is detected by a piezoelectric crystal, passed through a phase-shifting and amplification circuit, and then converted into specific gravity concentration digital signal by a microprocessor. Usually, the specific gravity and concentration of liquids with different concentrations will show a certain mathematical relationship. According to the Lagrange interpolation algorithm (y=E1x3+E2x2+E3x+E4, where x is the specific gravity and y is the percentage concentration, E1, E2, E3, and E4 are concentration conversion coefficients) to convert the corresponding concentration value under a specific gravity value.
Function
In the reaction kettle, sealed barrel, open slot, pipeline and other occasions, the sensor is fixed by means of chuck, thread, flange, etc., online monitoring of the relative density, specific gravity concentration, Baume degree, temperature of various chemical liquids.
