The density of powder refers to the mass corresponding to a unit volume of powder. Due to the existence of gaps (or pores) between particles or inside particles in the powder, the density of the powder is usually lower than the true density of the corresponding substance. The tap density refers to the density of the powder contained in the container after it is tapped under specified conditions

MZ-P3001 powder tap density tester is based on GB/T 5162-2006/ISO3953:1993 (determination of metal powder density), and is independently developed and manufactured by referring to the United States pharmacopeia, with independent intellectual property rights. The instrument covers the indicators specified in GB/T 5162-2006/ISO3953:1993

MZ-P3001 powder tap density tester is composed of adjustable speed motor, vibration module, microcomputer and micro printer. Amplitude and frequency of vibration can be set . The vibration module rotates at a small angle during the vibration process to ensure the uniformity of the material. It has the characteristics of automatic calculation and printout of test results.
