Principle:
The MAY-YC-500A portable digital liquid densitometer sensor is designed according to the principle of component vibration. It uses a sound wave frequency signal source to excite the metal tuning fork and make the tuning fork vibrate freely at the center frequency. This frequency is related to the density of the contact liquid. Therefore, the density of the liquid can be measured through frequency analysis, and temperature compensation can eliminate the temperature drift of the system; and the concentration can be calculated according to the relationship between the density and concentration of the corresponding liquid to calculate the concentration value at 20°C. The density and vibration frequency of the medium conform to the following mathematical formula: D=K0+K1T+K2T2
In the formula: D=density of the measured medium T=natural frequency of the fork body T2=frequency when the measured medium flows through the fork body
K0, K1, K2=constant According to this formula, the accurate medium density value can be calculated through the electronic processing unit.
