WinCT-Moisture software is a moisture content analysis software designed for graphic display. It can display the graph of the change of moisture content during measurement, and can set the measurement program of different samples through computer-assisted analysis based on this graph.
●Measurement program, measurement result storage function
More than 20 groups of measurement programs can be stored, and different measurement programs can be called to determine the moisture content at any time according to different samples. Therefore, it can achieve fast measurement and avoid setting operation errors (more than 10 groups for MF and 5 groups for ML). The measurement results can be stored in 100 groups (50 groups for MF and 30 groups for ML) and output through a computer or printer. Human errors are completely avoided.

●Five measurement procedures
Standard mode: The measurement is automatically completed by setting the high, medium and low measurement degrees.
Automatic mode: When the water content change rate is less than a set rate, the measurement is automatically ended.
Quick mode: In order to achieve rapid measurement, heat at 200°C for the first 3 minutes after starting, and then complete the measurement according to the automatic setting.
Timing mode: complete the measurement by setting the duration.
Manual mode: Operate the measurement process by pressing the start and stop keys.
●Four drying programs
Standard drying: After starting, the temperature is raised directly to the set temperature.
Gradually dry: After a preset time, the temperature is gradually increased to the set temperature.
Step drying: adopt different temperatures in stages according to time.
Quick drying: After rapid heating at 200℃ for 3 minutes, it will continue to heat according to the set drying temperature.
Any combination of measurement procedures and drying procedures can fully meet the determination requirements of different samples.
