Application:
Metal powder injection molding (MIM) products, structural parts, cemented carbide, copper sleeves, gears, unidirectional devices, ... and other powder metallurgical product blanks and sintered products.
Principle:
According to ASTM B311, B328; MPIF 42, 57; JIS Z2505, Z2506, GB/T5163, ISO2738. It can be applied to the boiling method and the vacuum saturation method to measure, adopt the Archimedes principle buoyancy method, and directly read the measured value accurately.

Features:

MZ-P150 function description:
Function 1: Powder metallurgy products can directly read volume density, effective porosity, wet density, volume
Function 2: Can directly read the oil content
Function 3: Use the Archimedes program to directly sinter the density of the product. Note: For small parts (weight less than 1g, such as mobile phone card holders, mobile phone motors, etc.), please select the high-precision intelligent MAY-ENTRIS120 series
MZ-P300/P600 function description:
Function 1: It can directly read the bulk density of powder metallurgy products and the effective porosity, wet density and volume of sintered oil-bearing alloys.
Function 2: The oil content can be directly read.
Remarks: For small parts (parts weighing less than 5g), please select the high-precision intelligent MAY-ENTRIS120 series
